Job description:
TJIII, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for motivated, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers. If you enjoy being on the road and working independently while delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
- Pay: $21.00 per hour (weekly pay)
- Shift: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week (flexible options available)

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
- Deliver 300–350 packages per shift
- Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery updates
- Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs.)
- Work in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Driving experience preferred but not required
Schedule Options
- 3–4 days per week
- Weekend-only shifts available
- At least one weekend day required for most roles
