The Role
This role sits at the heart of our operational delivery, providing the insight and coordination needed to support deal viability, accurate delivery planning and long‑term customer confidence. You will play a key role in shaping how we fulfil customer commitments — balancing commercial awareness with strong logistical oversight to ensure every shipment is executed smoothly, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
What will I be delivering?
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage international shipments end‑to‑end
- Work with Ops to ensure deliverability, timelines and cost accuracy
- Support deal shaping by identifying logistics constraints and risks
- Manage freight, customs, documentation and logistics partners
- Maintain accurate shipping records and tracking
- Identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs and improve reliability
- Build strong relationships with logistics providers and internal teams
- Ensure alignment between Ops, Commercial and Sales on delivery expectations
- Filing government records in compliance with CBP Regulations.
What do I need to bring with me?
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong logistics, freight or supply chain background
- 3-4 years experience with international shipping and customs processes
- Ability to translate operational constraints into commercial guidance
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to unblock delivery issues
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
- Experience in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments (preferred)
- Export Control knowledge is desirable
