The Conscious Bodyworker is growing, and we are looking for 1–2 reliable, heart-centered massage therapists to join our studio August 2026.
We have built a lovely, loyal clientele who value intentional bodywork, therapeutic depth, and a grounded, nurturing environment. We are seeking someone who is professional, dependable, and genuinely passionate about their craft.
I am currently on maternity leave and preparing for another massage therapist to be on maternity leave, so I am specifically looking for coverage on:
- available days currently include Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Schedule may be temporary and may need to adjust come December.
- We are looking for therapists interested in signing a one-year plus independent contractor agreement.

- Variety of modalities and ability to customize sessions, range of pressure light to deep
- Reliable, self-motivated, you will be greeting your own clients, checking out and rebooking
- Warm, client-centered presence
- Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists
Modalities of Interest (Not Required but Highly Valued)
- Craniosacral Therapy
- Prenatal (would love to have somebody who is comfortable with prenatal)
- Intra-Oral / TMJ Work
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Reiki or energy work
Compensation
- Independent Contractor Position
- Starting at 40–50% commission + tips
- Hour session pays $56–$70 + tips
- Established clientele with steady bookings
