Overview
As an Earthworks Foreman , you will direct and coordinate excavation, grading, and related site-preparation activities. You’ll ensure crews work efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality results in alignment with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily earthmoving operations and crew assignments
Monitor project timelines, quality control, and safety protocols
Communicate with project managers and inspectors on job progress
Train and mentor team members for skill development and compliance
Qualifications
Proven experience in earthmoving or excavation leadership
Familiarity with grading equipment and reading site plans
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
