As an Earthworks Foreman, you will direct and coordinate excavation, grading, and related site-preparation activities. You’ll ensure crews work efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality results in alignment with project specifications.
- Supervise daily earthmoving operations and crew assignments
- Monitor project timelines, quality control, and safety protocols
- Communicate with project managers and inspectors on job progress
- Train and mentor team members for skill development and compliance
- Proven experience in earthmoving or excavation leadership
- Familiarity with grading equipment and reading site plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
