Job description:
We’re looking for experienced Residential & Commercial Finish Technician to join our construction company. Our team Builds ADUs, Builds custom homes, Handles Partial and Full remodels, and handles various types of development projects. We’re looking to bring on a couple crew members as our company continues to rapidly grow. Positions range from $25/hr to $50+/hr depending on experience. At least 2-5 years of experience labor in the construction industry is mandatory.
Job Description:
- Assist in all phases of construction projects, including site preparation, framing, rough-in, finishing, and clean-up.
- Load and unload building materials, operate hand tools, and power equipment as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures on construction sites.
- Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Knowledge in any of the following areas:
- Demo
- Drywall
- Insulation
- Framing
- Flooring and trim installation
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Tile
- Window installation
- Door installation
