Narrow Bridge Plate + Pour is seeking a FOH Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and support daily restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading by example, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly for both guests and staff.
The FOH Manager plays a key role in maintaining our standards of hospitality, organization, teamwork, and communication while working closely with BOH leadership and ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a visible leader on the floor during service
- Support and coach FOH staff (servers, hosts, bartenders)
- Help maintain service standards, flow, and guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
- Address guest concerns and ensure thoughtful service recovery
- Support cleanliness, organization, and side work accountability
- Communicate effectively with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service
- Assist with training, onboarding, and reinforcing expectations
- Help uphold company culture and team morale

- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong people skills and the ability to lead calmly under pressure
