Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with a CDL A license to deliver goods to various locations.
- Manage route driving efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while complying with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with weight handling standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and safety records in accordance with company policies.Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience.
- No Touch Freight
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and weight handling in the workplace.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients.
