About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll play a vital role in our RESTORE Healing Framework, delivering care to patients with back pain, disc injuries, neuropathy, inflammation-related conditions, and more. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team committed to exceptional outcomes and a culture of purpose, systems, and growth.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence
- Deliver prescribed therapy treatments safely, accurately, and compassionately
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with providers
- Follow established clinical protocols to promote optimal outcomes
Operational Performance
- Keep therapy sessions on time and maintain a well-organized therapy space
- Ensure therapy areas are clean, stocked, and equipped
- Support system efficiency through proper documentation and workflow adherence
Patient Experience
- Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment
- Actively listen to patients and celebrate their progress
- Build trust through consistent care and clear communication

Growth & Accountability Structure
- Daily: Team huddles, end-of-day reviews, equipment checks
- Weekly: Leadership check-ins, team debriefs
- Monthly: Performance metrics and feedback through BlueIQ
- Quarterly: Strategic performance and development reviews
Requirements
- Kansas state license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and multi-disciplinary systems
- Proficiency in time management and independent decision-making
- Ability to meet physical demands of therapy delivery
- Successful completion of our hiring and onboarding process
