Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle safely are essential. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote products and services
- Conduct route driving to deliver products efficiently
- Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with company standards
- Utilize pricing strategies effectively to maximize sales opportunities and profitability
- Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to enhance revenue
- Manage automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions using organizational skills
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, merchandising, and upselling techniques
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately for pricing, billing, and inventory management
- Organizational skills necessary for route management and record keeping
- Customer service expertise with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Military experience is considered a plus due to discipline, organizational skills, and leadership qualities.
