Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Asian Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quick service Asian dishes with precision and speed, ensuring every meal meets high standards of quality. Your expertise in various cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and inventory management will contribute to delivering an exceptional quick service experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including stir-fries, rice and noodl dishes, steamed dumpling, deep fried dishes, and Pho.
- Follow established recipes meticulously to ensure consistency and quality across all menu items.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, stoves, ovens, and food preparation tools.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Support high-volume food production while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and counter operations, and dining area cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook within a food service or restaurant setting, preferably with Asian cuisine expertise.
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and food safety management systems.
- Skilled in various cooking techniques such as grilling, stir frying, deep frying, and food preparation methods specific to Asian cuisine.
- Excellent knife skills with the ability to prepare ingredients efficiently and precisely.
- Familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
