Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deli Associate to join our team at our Supercenter in Brown City. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve deli products with attention to quality and presentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their orders.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate POS systems for transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
Previous experience in food preparation or deli service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Culinary experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Must be over 18 and available nights and weekends.
