Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages efficiently. The Server will also handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
- Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service throughout shifts
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
Experience
- Prior food service experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service skills
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Pay: $13.50 - $18.00 per hour
