Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, record keeping, and updating customer information accurately.
- Resolve customer issues by analyzing problems quickly and offering effective solutions through excellent problem-solving skills.
- Manage client communications proactively to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate.
Experience
- Previous client services experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially fluency in English plus additional languages to serve diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
- Experience in outbound calling or tele-sales roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
