Position Summary:
- Serving as liaison between our clients and the Tax Professionals working on their tax services, such as resolution and tax preparation
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide case updates and ensure a healthy and positive client relationship
- Examining client accounts for necessary documents to gather for Tax Professional review
- Assessing taxpayer financial reports by collecting proof of income, expenses, assets, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service and ability to build relationships
- Collect documents, give updates, speak with attorneys & Enrolled Agents to go over resolution details
- Manage and prioritize cases depending on the complexity and quantity
- Work alongside Tax Professionals and other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in Tax Case Management (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaker) (Required)
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Coachable mindset and student mentality
- Previous administrative experience and ability to handle high call volume
- Relationship building and maintaining with great follow up
- Detail-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
