POSITION: LANDSCAPE GROUNDKEEPING IRRIGATION SPECIALIST
Non-exempt/full-time
Summary:
The Irrigation Specialist performs landscaping services to WLCAC owned properties and isresponsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Must be familiar with required vehicles and powered equipment, fertilizing, pruning shrubbery/trees, safe handling of equipment and materials and maintaining lawns.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 years landscaping experience working on commercial/residential properties. Must be able to install irrigation systems, including piping, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers. Must have a current California driver’s license, acceptable automobile insurance, and a good driving record. Able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day and meet the physical demands of the job in outdoor environments.
Compensation based on experience: $17.00 – $18.00 hr.
