About the Role:
Financial Advisor Support Specialist
Gateway Financial Partners is seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role serves as a key partner to financial advisors by providing operational, administrative, and client service support that helps advisors deliver exceptional client experiences and grow their practices.

Key Responsibilities
Advisor & Client Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and clients regarding service requests and account maintenance.
- Provide proactive support to financial advisors by managing operational and administrative activities.
- Deliver exceptional client service through timely and professional communication.
- Assist with client onboarding, account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, and other account servicing needs.
Operations & Account Management
- Prepare, review, and process client paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor pending transactions and follow through to completion.
- Coordinate with custodians, investment platforms, insurance carriers, and other financial institutions to resolve issues and facilitate account activity.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
Meeting & Workflow Coordination
- Schedule client meetings and advisor appointments.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Manage advisor calendars and assist with workflow prioritization.
- Track outstanding service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Team & Process Improvement
- Support office operations, special projects, and team initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and advisor teams to ensure consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, client service, or operations experience required.
- Financial services experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with investment accounts, custodians, or advisory platforms.
- Experience working in an RIA, broker-dealer, bank, or wealth management environment is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
