What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Perform initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Reassess and monitor patients to identify trends and interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and Point of Care testing
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document all care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education
What You Need
Required:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Certifications from AHA
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- CPI or equivalent
- Previous experience in emergency or trauma settings
