Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Trainer Coordinator to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive training programs focused on information technology and software solutions. Duties
- Design and develop engaging instructional content for e-learning courses, instructor-led training sessions, and product training programs across various platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System) and online training portals.
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training sessions both in classroom settings and via virtual platforms, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored training materials that meet technical support needs, including software troubleshooting, computer management, and operating systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through analysis skills and feedback collection; continuously improve content based on learner performance data.
- Manage communication with clients and trainees to clarify training objectives, address questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the learning process.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and certifications using tools like SharePoint or LMS dashboards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), HTML, Linux, Oracle, Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and help desk tools to incorporate relevant updates into training content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate training teaching or instructional design within information technology or software environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) along with familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere, Visio, Help Desk systems, and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to develop e-learning instructional content using platforms like LMS or other online teaching tools; experience with HTML or web-based content development is a plus.
- Technical support experience combined with excellent communication skills to effectively teach complex IT topics such as computer networking, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), Java programming basics, EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records), and operating system troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop new training programs tailored for professional development needs; skilled in instructional content development for product training instructional design.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training sessions in classroom or virtual environments; strong analysis skills for assessing learner progress.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques across various platforms including Oracle databases or AWS cloud services is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and adapting instructional strategies accordingly.
