Le Bijou Holistic Spa is a growing 5 star boutique spa with opportunity available for a reliable facialist and body waxer, with an interest in a holistic approach to wellness and beauty.
Owner is a holistic skincare crafter and specializes in healing chronic skin issues through products alone, seeking caring intuitive providers to deliver excellent results using excellent quality in house wellness products.
Our most popular services are facials, waxing, and massage, so we ask that providers be able to provide at least 2 of these services on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
- Performing Waxing services (face & body)
- Performing Facial services
- Product sales (In House Products + Skin Script)
- Essential Oil & Holistic philosophy knowledge (Training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, well-organized room
- Excellent customer service, accommodating and friendly
- Careful attention to detail, taking feedback for continual growth and working with management to accomplish business goals.
- Retain clients and create long term relationships with clients
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Being flexible, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to remain professional and composed yet friendly and approachable.
- Bonus: Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
- Bonus: Able to do body treatments (back facials etc), lash lifting, lash extensions, brow lamination, and tinting, dermaplaning (training available)
- Bonus: Dually licensed massage therapist
Schedule:
- 6-8 hour shifts
- Morning shift 8:30 am- 2:30pm
- Closing shift 2:00 pm- 8:00 pm
- Weekdays
- Weekends
Technical Experience (Training Provided)
- Facial massage, Gua sha technique
- Speedy Body waxing with hard wax, soft wax, and roller wax.
- Face Waxing
- Brazilian Waxing (female anatomy)
- High frequency machine
- Steamer Machine
- LED machine
- Microdermabrasion Machine
- Hydradermabrasion Machine
- Dermaplaning
- Mask prep and removal
- Before and after photos/videos
- Bonus: Manzilian waxing (male anatomy)
