Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and consultation to clients and management.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and petitions.
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings.
- Handle civil, corporate, labor, contractual, and other legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Ensure company compliance with local laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Coordinate with external legal authorities and government departments.
- Manage litigation records and maintain confidentiality of legal information.
- Assist in dispute resolution, negotiations, and settlements.
- Prepare legal reports and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Valid Bar Council License.
- Proven experience as an Advocate or Lawyer.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: $44,740.78 - $53,881.37 per year
