We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Bartender.
Responsibilities: As a Bartender at Spanish Trail Country Club, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair.
· Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing an exceptional bar experience.
· Mixing and garnishing drinks according to club recipes and standards.
· Maintaining a well-organized and clean bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
· Handling member charges and credit card transactions accurately.
· Being knowledgeable about our wine and cocktail offerings, making recommendations, and suggesting pairings.
· Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or special requests.
· Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
The work uniform for this position is a short sleeve shirt. No visible tattoos or piercings are allowed for this position.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, or country club is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink presentation, and bar equipment.
· A passion for mixology and creating unique, memorable beverages.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Current Alcohol Education Card (AEC) or a Nevada Bartending License and Food Handlers Card required.
