As a Front of House Team Member, you're the face of Vale. You'll welcome every guest, build beautiful bowls, and make sure people leave feeling better than when they walked in. If you love food that's actually good for you and energy that's actually good to be around, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do
- Greet every guest warmly and guide them through the menu like a pro — help them build a bowl they'll love
- Assemble bowls, salads, wraps, and smoothies to order with speed, care, and pride
- Keep the line, dining room, and stations clean, stocked, and looking sharp
- Handle the register and mobile/delivery orders accurately
- Learn our ingredients and stand behind them — our guests ask real questions, and you'll have real answers
- Support your teammates — we win shifts together
What We're Looking For
- Positive energy and genuine hospitality — you like people, and it shows
- Reliability: you show up on time and own your shift
- Hustle and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for healthy food and wellness (bonus points if you're already "all about your greens")
- No experience required — we'll train you. Great attitude is the only prerequisite.
- Weekend and some evening availability preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
