Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company specializing in water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction services throughout the Chicagoland area.
We are seeking a Water, Fire & Storm Production Manager to oversee reconstruction and repair projects from approval through completion.
This is a hybrid office and field position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing project statuses from a computer, communicating with customers and adjusters, walking projects with subcontractors, identifying scope issues, and ensuring projects continue moving forward.
This role is responsible for ensuring projects move from approval to completion without getting stuck.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of restoration, reconstruction, insurance repair, or related construction management experience
- Experience managing active projects, subcontractors, and customer communications
- Ability to read and understand construction scopes and identify discrepancies
- Xactimate experience highly preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage active reconstruction, repair, and storm restoration projects
- Follow up on insurance approvals, supplements, and outstanding items
- Coordinate with office staff to keep projects moving forward
- Schedule subcontractors, materials, and labor
- Walk projects with subcontractors and homeowners
- Perform quality control inspections
- Identify scope discrepancies and communicate with estimators
- Assist in identifying supplement opportunities and missing scope items
- Maintain communication with homeowners throughout the project
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and job status
- Resolve production issues before they impact customers
- Ensure projects move efficiently from approval through completion
- Work closely with the office team, estimators, technicians, and subcontractors
- Hold subcontractors and team members accountable for quality and timelines

- Xactimate experience
- Water, fire, storm, and insurance restoration experience
- Reconstruction management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and production schedules
- Experience managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of supplements, approvals, and insurance repair processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland area
- Strong computer skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgeview, IL
WHO SUCCEEDS HERE
