Dream Believe Inspire Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in the Westfield area. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with one client while making a real difference in their daily life.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, along with light meal preparation as needed
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking as needed
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining a clean home
- Medication reminders
- Monitor changes in the client's condition and communicate concerns with the office
- Assist with errands and transportation to appointments if needed
- Follow the individualized care plan
- Complete required daily documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
- CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is a plus but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
