We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join us on a full-time hybrid schedule. You’ll find flexibility, encouragement, and a chance to make a real impact every day. Compensation ranges from $55k -$60k DOE. As our Recruiter, you’ll collaborate with a supportive leadership team, share your ideas, and help shape the future of home care by attracting talented, caring professionals. What You'll Bring to Our Team:
● 1 plus years of recruiting Health Care experience (if you’ve found hidden gems before, we want you!)
● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience—show us what you’ve got!)
● Detail-obsessed, positive communicator, and a team player who believes sharing ideas makes everyone better
● Master at juggling priorities and deadlines
● Ready to show up in person for meetings, outreach, and fun team events in San Francisco and the Bay Area
● Networking superstar: you love making connections and growing relationships
● Creative with research and strategy—always thinking one step ahead
● Social media savvy and not afraid to use a meme or GIF now and then
● Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Teams, or other work tech
● Bonus points if you have home care or healthcare experience
● Up-to-date with recruitment laws, best practices, and compliance
● Quick to learn new software and systems—it’s okay if you don’t know it all yet!
● Team-oriented, independent, and always dependable (we trust you!)
● Offer is contingent on live scan background check, TB screen, and authorization to work in the U.S. (we take care seriously, and so do you!)
What You'll Do (and Love!):
● Lead the charge in refining and growing our recruiting systems—your ideas will help us find even more awesome teammates, especially Home Health Aides, CNAs, and many Professional Caregivers!
● Write and post job descriptions with flair, manage the onboarding process and job applications
● Build relationships and grow our network with colleges, businesses, and organizations throughout the Bay Area (your social calendar will never be empty)
● Bring your energy to in-person outreach and community events each week
● Connect with candidates and partners via phone, email, video calls, and social media—your communication superpowers are key
● Celebrate new hires and recruiting milestones with the team
● Screen and interview applicants, always looking for those who’ll thrive in our positive, mission-driven culture
● Collaborate with our Marketing and Admin team to share our story and attract top talent
● Attend fun job fairs and industry events—bonus points for creative booth ideas
● Help organize and streamline the hiring process so every candidate has a great experience
● Partner with management to recommend offers, incentives, and start dates that work for everyone
● Ensure compliance—because we care about doing things the right way
