BBehavior Autism Services was founded with a clear mission: to redefine what quality Applied Behavior Analysis care looks like for children, families, and the professionals who deliver it.
Build More Than a Caseload. Build a Legacy.
What if your next BCBA position were more than another job?
What if it were an opportunity to help build an ABA organization from the beginning and become one of the leaders shaping its future?
At BBehavior Autism Services, we are not simply hiring BCBAs. We are building a founding clinical team that will help define our culture, influence our clinical standards, and support the development of future BBehavior locations throughout Florida.
If you know you have leadership potential and are ready for an organization to invest in your growth, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
Most ABA companies hire BCBAs to manage caseloads.
We are hiring clinicians who want to help build a company.
Our founding BCBAs will have opportunities to help shape:
- Clinical systems and standards
- Company culture
- Training and mentorship programs
- Technology and clinical workflows
- Future clinic operations
- Leadership development
- The next generation of Clinical Directors
The clinicians who help us build today may become the leaders who help us grow tomorrow.
The Role
As a Founding BCBA, you will provide high-quality clinical services while helping shape the clinical foundation of BBehavior Autism Services.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is excited about joining a growing startup, contributing ideas, influencing company culture, and preparing for future leadership opportunities as we expand throughout Central Florida, Tampa, and Sarasota.
Because we are building from the ground up, this position is best suited for someone who is adaptable, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable contributing beyond the responsibilities of a traditional caseload-based BCBA role.
High-performing founding clinicians may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, Regional Clinical Director, or other clinical leadership roles as the organization grows.
