We are currently seeking a Client Care Coordinator who is ready to be the welcoming face of our hospital, while supporting a team that genuinely cares—for each other, for our clients, and most importantly, for their pets.

- Veterinary hospital experience preferred—but not required for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and passion for animals
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- A confident, empathetic communicator who can help carry out our mission of superior client and patient care
- A tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual who’s ready to go the extra mile

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll play an essential part in creating a positive experience for clients and pets alike. Duties include:
- Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism (in person & on the phone)
- Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments
- Supporting the medical team with clerical and communication tasks
- Ensuring the hospital remains clean, organized, and client-ready
- Processing payments, managing accounts, and handling general administrative tasks
