Position Summary
The Ranch Receptionist provides administrative support for daily ranch operations by assisting with employee onboarding, payroll, personnel records, and communication between the ranch and the main office. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors while ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete new hire onboarding and employment paperwork.
- Submit New Hire Reports and Employee Navigator tasks promptly.
- Assist with payroll by reviewing time records and submitting required documentation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Support H-2A and domestic employee documentation.
- Assist with PickTrace and employee badge administration.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and the main office.
- Translate between English and Spanish as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Occasionally lift up to 10lbs.
- Operate standard office equipment.
Pay: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour
