Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on maintaining and updating company databases and records. This position will also assist with data entry, document preparation, scheduling, customer service and general office support.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, highly proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to handle information accurately and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Office reception and general clerical duties and support
- Administration and day-to-day management of our Learning Management System (LMS) to include: student registration, enrollment and management; course administration and training records management.
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
- Assist with creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials as needed.
- Use Microsoft Word for professional correspondence, forms, reports, and other documents.
- Display excellent Customer Service on the phone and via email.
- Assistance with documentation and administrative tasks related to investigations and consulting projects
- Data entry and administration of Chameleon's proprietary Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Processing and directing requests for services/products to the appropriate resource at Chameleon.
- Proofreading and Quality Assurance of Chameleon reports.
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative support experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
- Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desired.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- You are a curious, quick learner.
Pay: $52,000.00 per year
