The Role
We're hiring a full-time Residential Plumbing Technician who gets excited about doing the job right. This role is about building real relationships with homeowners, running a consistent process, diagnosing thoroughly, and delivering the right solutions. You educate the homeowner about their plumbing system, present options they can trust, and perform quality work that speaks for itself. You're expected to help us continually raise the bar for what we deliver to our customers in the field. We elevate great plumbers here.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive residential service plumbing — drains, leaks, fixture installations, water heater replacements, tankless upgrades, gas lines, repipes, sewer diagnostics, and more
- Diagnose plumbing issues thoroughly, educate the homeowner on their system, and present multiple options — then earn the work because you gave them the right ones
- Perform all plumbing work and installations to the highest standard — every time, on every job
- Effectively present and sell plumbing solutions that genuinely serve the homeowner
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners and represent Mountain Standard Plumbing with professionalism in the field and in the community
- Work as part of a field team united by a common goal

What We Need From You
- Valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- You hold yourself to a high standard on every job — it's just who you are.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing situations
- Working knowledge of the Colorado Plumbing Code
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time and reside within reasonable proximity to our service area
