This role is a fit if you:
- Have a passion for working with food, specifically meats

- Are able to assemble meat cutting equipment.
- Can cut, trim, and bone carcass sections or prime cuts to create cooking cuts like roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and ground meat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the company's high standards for quality products and services.
