SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and sanitize camp facilities, including cabins, restrooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces Perform daily, weekly, and turnover cleanings as needed Follow camp health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs Assist with light maintenance tasks when needed (e.g., basic repairs, setup, or upkeep) Properly use and care for cleaning equipment and supplies Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to detail and pride in doing thorough work Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and stay on task Reliable, responsible, and punctual Comfortable working in a camp setting and around nature Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the day Previous cleaning experience preferred Maintenance or facilities experience is helpful but not required Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work some evenings and weekends Must pass a federal, state, and National Sex Offender background check.
