Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during your shift, providing guidance, support, and motivation to meet sales goals and uphold service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and ongoing development to enhance team skills and performance
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a welcoming environment through excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Requirements
- Proven supervisory or management experience within food industry or similar customer-focused environments
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems
- Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, scheduling, and team management practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
