Five Journeys is a membership-based functional medicine practice on a mission to help people feel vibrant, energized, and fully alive — not just symptom-free. We're looking for a certified Health Coach who also loves creating exceptional, concierge-level experiences to join our team as we grow.
This isn't a typical coaching role, and it isn't a typical front-office role — it's both. You'll build real relationships with our members, guide them through their wellness journey, and make sure every touchpoint with our practice feels seamless and personal.
What You'll Do
- Be a trusted guide for members — regular check-ins, accountability, and connecting them to the right services (nutrition, IV therapy, recovery, labs, and more)
- Deliver concierge-level coordination: scheduling, liaising between members and providers, and anticipating needs before they become problems
- Keep the operational side running smoothly: appointments, insurance verification, EMR documentation (Athena), and billing support
What You Bring
- Certified Health Coach (required) — you've done the training and you know how to help people change behavior, not just give advice
- A genuine love of hospitality-style service — you notice the details that make someone feel taken care of
- Sharp organizational skills and comfort juggling coaching conversations and admin tasks in the same day
- EMR experience (Athena a plus) and familiarity with insurance verification/billing is a strong plus, but not a dealbreaker for the right person

Reports to: Lead Health Coach (with admin-side support from our Operations team)

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
