CONSTRUCTION & FACILITIES MANAGER CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. FIVE-STAR ENVIRONMENT | SAFETY, FUNCTIONALITY & GUEST EXPERIENCE
● Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair operations across six Atlanta locations
● Ensure facilities consistently meet Natural Body’s cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
● Conduct routine facility inspections, audits, and preventative maintenance checks
● Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience or employee safety
● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, health codes, and safety requirements
● Oversee general building upkeep, including seasonal and exterior maintenance (winterizing, roof & gutters, etc.)
● Manage landscaping services where applicable to maintain polished, guest-ready exteriors
B. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE | PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
● Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for equipment, fixtures, utilities, and building systems
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and general repairs
● Coordinate, manage, and evaluate third-party vendors & contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, pest control)
● Manage service contracts, warranties, and vendor performance
● Maintain accurate records for work orders, inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation
● Manage equipment logistics including sourcing support, delivery, installation, assembly, relocation & removal (including treatment tables, furniture, appliances, fixtures, etc.)
● Oversee minor remodels and in-location improvement project at existing spas
C. PARTNERSHIP & GROWTH SUPPORT | MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS
● Partner with spa managers and leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and capital improvements
● Support new spa openings, renovations, refresh projects, and expansions
● Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
● Provide recommendations to leadership regarding long-term facility improvements and asset planning
● Meet with landlord groups & property managers as needed to coordinate issues, access, repairs & compliance matters
● Support special projects and operational initiatives
● Other duties as needed to support the success of the facilities department and the Natural Body brand
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
