Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in IT Asset Management and Depot Operations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM modules.
- Experience with Windows and macOS provisioning.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management tools.
- Understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Generic Managerial Skills
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- ServiceNow IT Asset Management certification (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in device provisioning and depot operations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Intune, Autopilot, SCCM: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows and macOS provisioning: 3 years (Required)
- IT Asset Management and Depot Operations: 1 year (Required)
- ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM : 1 year (Preferred)
