What You’ll Do:
- Work with buyers and sellers to help them navigate their real estate journey
- Use KW tools and training to generate and convert leads
- Host open houses and attend networking events to grow your business
- Build long-term client relationships by providing top-notch service
- Stay coachable and committed to constant improvement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
- Washington Real Estate License (or interest in getting one—we’ll help!)
Compensation & Schedule:
- Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential
(Typical full-time agent income: $80,000 - $150,000/year)

- Work location: Hybrid remote (home + local office access)
