Purpose of Position: Responsible for facilitating effective communication, coordinating board meetings and activities, managing board documentation, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring directors receive timely and accurate information to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities. In addition, provide professional and administrative support to the Executive Vice President Team.
Minimum Formal Education: Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience supporting C-level executives or boards of directors.
