Corporate Sales Trainee (Transition from Retail & Hospitality!)

Pay Range: $40,000–$60,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What You'll Do
- Consult with inbound customers to find the best auto and home insurance solutions.
- Use your natural people skills to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Participate in daily team meetings, sales coaching, and continuous skill-building.

- Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (we will help you get it!).
