Job Description:
Remote Call Center Representative - Hiring Immediately
Work Schedule (EST): Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:00pm, or 10am-6:30pm EST
Pay rate: $13.00/hr

Assignment:
* Make outbound calls to healthcare members
* Share information about recent and upcoming appointments
* Inform members about available programs and services
* Verify name and date of birth for HIPAA compliance
* Follow simple scripts and document calls
Note: This is a non-clinical role. No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment discussions.
Training Details:
* One week of training, typically 10:00 AM - 5:00PM EST
* Full participation is required
* No absences or late arrivals during training
* No time off during the first 30 days after launch
* After 30 days: time off requires 72 hours' notice
Work From Home Requirements:
* Quiet, dedicated room with a door
* No background noise (children, TV, music, pets, alarms, etc.)
Technical Requirements:
* Personal computer and internet required
* Windows 11 only (no Windows 10, Mac, or Chromebook)
* Intel i5 / AMD A10 / Ryzen 3+
* 8 GB RAM minimum
* 500 GB HDD or 256 GB SSD
* Internet: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum
* No VPN or proxy use
* Wired USB headset only
* Must allow IT support for setup and troubleshooting
