As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and food preparation zones.
- Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes to ensure a tidy café environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service fast food restaurants is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques is a plus, particularly in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction.
