In this role, you will work directly with customers in a sales-driven environment, guiding them through AT&T products and services while providing clear, helpful, and professional support.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Customer Sales Associate
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless and home service needs
- Present and explain AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions
- AT&T Customer Sales Associates educate customers on plans, pricing, promotions, and device features
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account changes
- AT&T Customer Sales Associates provide a positive and solution-focused customer experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Represent AT&T and our company with professionalism and integrity
