Position Details
- Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
- Contract Duration: 6 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
- Overtime Pay: 1.5× Regular Hourly Rate
- Schedule Requirement: Every other weekend is required.
- Start Date: Immediate Opening
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with feeding, transferring, and repositioning residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Document care provided according to facility policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
Requirements
- Active Vermont LNA License (Required)
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
