SK Houston Constructions is looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our growing team in Houston.
We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, full home remodels, and additions. We are looking for someone professional, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing remodeling projects from start to finish.
This position requires strong communication skills, leadership, scheduling abilities, and experience handling permits, inspections, subcontractors, and homeowners throughout the project process.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential remodeling projects from start to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, crews, and vendors
- Schedule inspections and manage permit processes
- Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Read plans, scopes of work, and construction drawings
- Order and coordinate materials deliveries
- Perform quality control and job site inspections
- Solve problems quickly and professionally on-site
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Requirements
- Experience in residential remodeling project management
- Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, full remodels, and additions
- Knowledge of Houston permits and inspections process
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to use project management and communication apps/tools
- Spanish speaker is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-end residential remodeling
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and budgeting
- Ability to read architectural and construction plans
Pay Structure
- First 3 months training period: $1,000 per week
- Additional commission bonuses based on:
- Budget savings on projects
- Approved change orders
- After the first 3 months, performance review will be conducted for compensation adjustment and long-term growth opportunities within the company

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
