The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for safety at the pool.
- Be on time for the shift and set-up pool toys.

Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the pool area.

Maintain eye contact when addressing member’s and their children..

Handle members’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by members, ensuring complete member satisfaction.

Maintain a clean; safe, and organized pool to ensure safety for all participants.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or members at the Pool.

Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the supervisor.

Must have previous experience as a lifeguard

Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.

Ability to be relate well with children.

Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.

Must be a team player

Current CPR and First Aid as well as Lifeguard certification
