Job OverviewAre you early in your recruiting career and ready to take your skills to the next level?
We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and motivated Recruiter who has developed a foundation in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or another people-focused role—and is now ready for greater responsibility, stronger mentorship, and the opportunity to grow.
This position is designed for someone who may not yet have years of recruiting experience but has the drive, judgment, and work ethic to become an exceptional recruiter. You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our recruiting processes, systems, techniques, and operational environment.
What you must bring is curiosity, initiative, confidence, urgency, and the willingness to take ownership of your work.
This is not a senior-level recruiting position. It is an opportunity for an early-career professional who is ready to move beyond simply completing recruiting tasks and begin learning how to manage priorities, influence hiring outcomes, build strong partnerships, and be accountable for results.
What You Will Learn and Do
In this role, you will receive hands-on experience supporting recruitment across multiple field locations. You will learn how to manage the hiring process from the initial need through onboarding while becoming a trusted partner to candidates and hiring managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting open positions and helping identify qualified candidates.
- Reviewing applications and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Communicating with candidates and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating next steps with hiring managers.
- Supporting offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our systems.
- Building candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Partnering with field managers to understand their staffing priorities.
- Following up consistently to keep open positions and candidates moving forward.
- Supporting recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives.
- Learning how to balance multiple openings, locations, and competing priorities.
- Applying recruiting best practices, coaching, and feedback to improve your performance.
- Working toward established hiring, productivity, quality, and follow-through goals.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
This opportunity may be a strong fit for you if you:
- Have some exposure to recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, sales, operations, or working directly with people.
- Are ready for more responsibility and want to develop into a well-rounded recruiter.
- Take ownership of assignments and follow through without needing to be repeatedly reminded.
- Ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly, and apply feedback.
- Think ahead and begin identifying what needs to happen next.
- Are willing to figure things out before waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- Move with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with candidates, managers, and field leaders.
- Can manage several priorities without losing track of important details.
- Recognize potential problems early and are willing to bring forward possible solutions.
- Want to be measured by your progress, reliability, activity, and hiring results.
- Are looking for a place where you can stretch your abilities and build a meaningful recruiting career.
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, operations, or another people-focused environment is preferred.
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, staffing coordinator, HR assistant, sourcer, junior recruiter, or high-volume recruiter is a plus.
- Multi-location or field-based hiring experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Good judgment and developing critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to receive coaching and put feedback into practice.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems.
- Ability to adjust quickly when priorities or hiring needs change.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a HUGE plus
A perfect résumé is not required. We are more interested in your potential, judgment, initiative, accountability, and willingness to grow.
What You Can Expect From Us
We will provide the training, tools, coaching, and practical experience needed to help you become a stronger recruiter. You will have the opportunity to expand your capabilities, strengthen your professional confidence, and learn how effective recruiting directly supports operational success.
In return, we expect you to be engaged in your own development, receptive to feedback, dependable in your execution, and committed to improving.
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced, ownership-driven recruiting environment supporting multiple field locations. Hiring needs can be urgent, and priorities may change quickly. Success will require flexibility, consistent communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
