Whatcom County Human Resources is hiring a temporary extra-help employee to provide office support including front counter reception, filing, and other administrative support for HR professionals.
Additional duties may include accounts payable, payroll processing, onboarding new hire tasks, processing incoming documents, scanning documents to Laserfiche, data entry, and other routine office-related projects.
Anticipated Hours: up to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule, weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, AND three years of progressively responsible office, bookkeeping, clerical and/or secretarial experience INCLUDING customer reception, computer data entry and document preparation, filing and recordkeeping.
