The MRO Associate supports aviation sales operations by coordinating maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions for aircraft parts and components. This role acts as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams, ensuring accurate quoting, timely order fulfillment, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support aviation sales activities related to MRO services, including repair management, exchanges, and overhauls
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and repair orders
- Coordinate with approved repair stations, OEMs, and vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical capabilities
- Track parts through the repair cycle and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams
- Review work scopes, teardown reports, and certifications to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems, including pricing, lead times, and repair histories
- Assist with inventory evaluation and sourcing decisions related to repair vs. replacement
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, delivery, documentation, or service discrepancies
- Support sales team with market research, cost analysis, and customer presentations as needed
- Ensure adherence to FAA/EASA regulations, company quality standards, and export compliance requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; aviation, business, or supply chain background a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in aviation sales, MRO, supply chain, or parts support preferred
- Working knowledge of aircraft components, and MRO processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP/CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment
- Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations and aviation documentation is a plus
