We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Representative to join our growing team and support our Kinetic Fiber campaign. This Entry Level Customer Representative position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will interact with customers, provide information about available services, and help create positive customer experiences. The Entry Level Customer Representative role offers hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer questions regarding services and accounts.
- Provide accurate information to customers and address general inquiries.
- Assist customers throughout the customer experience process.
- Build positive relationships through effective communication and active listening.
- Work closely with team members to support daily goals and objectives.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Help maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
- Represent the Kinetic Fiber brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Pay: $3,750.00 - $4,583.00 per month
