Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure spotless environments
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques like sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep them pristine
- Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if needed to support household routines in a friendly manner
- Uphold janitorial and custodial best practices while managing multiple cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift cleaning supplies or furniture as needed, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
- Basic cooking skills or experience in hospitality environments can be an added advantage
